In Mexico, while it is illegal to marry a minor, some communities operate under customs and traditions where the community decides the law. That is why child marriage is part of their culture.

We wanted to show that this problem persists in Mexico, so we organized a wedding and invited all of Mexico.

This initiative led communities to sign an agreement to prohibit these practices in the state of Guerrero.
